The RIZZ project is all about fulfilling the client’s request about designing 7 apartments in Vodno, Skopje in a residential building. The location is very desirable: it has convenient access to transportation, scenic views, high quality of life (making this a safe neighborhood) and much more! The idea is to accommodate people long term. Style can be categorized as modern minimalist, emphasizing simplicity, functionality and the use of space and light to create a tranquil environment for guests long term.

INTERIOR

The interior shown in the images exemplifies a modern minimalist design style. This style is characterized by its simplicity, clean lines and a monochromatic color palette, complemented by subtle accents.

The open-plan layout merges the kitchen and bedroom areas, which is common in modern living spaces designed to maximize functionality and space efficiency.

The room features a neutral color scheme with shades of gray, black, and white dominating the space. The absence of bright colors contributes to the calm and serene atmosphere typical of minimalist design.

The lighting is soft and indirect, with LED strip lights integrated into the ceiling and under the cabinets. This type of lighting adds a warm glow to the space without being overpowering, enhancing the minimalist aesthetic.

The furniture is sleek and functional, with clean, straight lines. The bed is low-profile and lacks ornate details. The kitchen area includes a simple island with modern bar stools, reinforcing the idea of simplicity and functionality.

BATHROOM

This bathroom is designed in a modern minimalist style, showcasing a clean, sophisticated aesthetic with an emphasis on simplicity and functionality.
