ABOUT

Located in the city of Dojran, this restaurant design is a sophisticated blend of Contemporary Mediterranean architecture, where modern design principles harmonize with traditional elements. The focus on natural materials, minimalism and integration with the environment creates a space that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to its surroundings. It’s a place where diners can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Dojran Lake, enjoying a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.

The facade features clean lines and a mix of materials, including natural stone and smooth plaster. The use of stone adds texture, contrasting beautifully with the sleek, modern surfaces.

Large, floor-to-ceiling windows dominate the front, inviting ample natural light into the interior while offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, particularly the waterfront and mountains.

The structure is low-profile, with a flat roof and wide overhangs.. This not only helps in regulating the interior temperature but also enhances the building’s horizontal lines, creating a connection with the horizon.

The landscaping is minimal and natural, with Mediterranean flora such as trees, succulents, and low-lying shrubs. These plants are drought-resistant and contribute to the sustainable aspects of the design.

The entryway is lined with neatly arranged plants and succulents, giving it a curated yet natural look, enhancing the organic feel of the restaurant’s exterior.

The rear side of the Apollo restaurant opens directly onto the waterfront, creating a seamless transition between the indoor dining spaces and the outdoor environment.
