LAYOUT
Designing a floor plan for a dental check up center with a separate apartment involves careful consideration of the functional requirements for both spaces, as well as the distinctive relationship between them.
The reception and waiting area is a double-height space located near the main entrance. The reception is centrally located. The sitting area forming a U shape with the double-height ceiling gives the space an open,
airy feel. The meeting room is near the reception for easy access, as well as the check up room. The room is equipped with a dental chair, sterilization area and storage for dental tools. The restroom is near this room. The apartment has a separate entrance on the opposite side of the building to maintain privacy. The kitchen is small with necessary appliances. The bedroom, bathroom and closet are comfortably designed.
